I agree that they should raise the level cap. I guess the biggest issue I see is that people will get up to level 40 and cannot take the difficulty of leveling and they quit. So noob question...is there really a lot of level 79 characters? I mean I know quite a few people who have a level 79 but stop playing them because of cap.
