I have something to say about this.

Watch for a minute the trends of the Tiers of items.

T1 = Lv 1 ~ 23
T2 = Lv 24 ~ 53
T3 = Lv 54 ~ 83 I believe.

1) Increments of 30

2) When you look, the Lv 54 boots are T3 because it leads up to the first set of T3 weapon/chest armour. Just like the Lv 24 boots lead up to the matching set of T2 Weapon/Chest. So if the Lv 74 boots / 76 Helm / 78 pants are all still T3, then I think that the Lv 80 matching Weapon/Chest armour will still be T3.

Weren't the 5x equips t2 before the last cap raise either? I thought someone once told me that. If so then we can assume that with the next cap raise the 7x stuff will become t4.

Can someone verify the 5x thing?
