The girl from part 1 died, and went to some sort of "Heaven". After being there for a while she decides to try to return back to the living world, and her friend. She gets help by other people that died, just like her, and together they need to defeat numerous monsters and find their way back to the living world.
The guy could not live with the empty space in his heart and decides to do whatever it takes to find his girl. He also gets help from friends but on their way, they encounter a lot of monsters. After a while he realizes he has to fight a demon all by himself to complete his quest.
