I think it's gonna be boring too. We're gonna be watching the demonstrator prepare gel in agarose electrophoresis, then we're gonna squirt DNA into the wells and wait one hour and look at shiny orange stripes on the paper. =.="
And the thing is, we don't use our own results for the questions, they're gonna give us a different sheet with "proper" results in case our ones have errors. So it's gonna feel soo pointless waiting that one hour!!!!!!

This was actually probably my favorite lab that we did in AP Bio last year. It's fun just pouring the solution into the wells and then watching it solidfiy and then poking at it with your finger. Haha. Plus, the concept is easy. xD
Except. I think we had two wells that had the DNA so in the end, we couldn't decide which well matched up best with the "suspect's" DNA. >_>"
I bet I still have my lab write-up somewhere.....
Wait. I'm pretty sure I've talked to you about gel electrophoresis before.
