That is where we differ my friend. I believe that as clerics our primary job is to heal every player, regardless if they are in our party or not. Then our second job is to attack monsters when needed (most of the time). Also we are supposed to attack the monsters that are killing the mages and archers and try to take argo for that monster so we can heal the mages and archers there. Then a fighter (hopefuly) takes argo so we can continue healing.

True, but I personally would get frustrated if people who can't tank goes to tank and starts screaming for heal at clerics. I believe we
could heal every player if we want to, but I am not about to go and heal people who go running off in their mind, thinking they have a personal cleric in the background, ready to heal them all the time. If we take Hessah's scenario, and the guy still goes tanking after people tell him to hang back, then he shall die. They have to learn it the hard way. Kingdom quests are all about cooperating with each other, and if one thinks otherwise, they do no deserve our help or whatsoever. D:
Still, I rarely go and heal every in the party since there's usually more than one cleric around. Each party usually has a cleric anyway, so each cleric are responsible for their own party members.
