Ya, for me it is 5 seconds to cast and a 25 second cool down. During that time I'm healing the person that I revived so the won't die again. It takes a lot of SP and the most someone can get in is 2 revives a minute. What do you do when all of your party members die? It is near impossible to revive them all. It takes consentration and luck. Not to mention a lot of SP pots and stones.
