I think you can download it to your user, but if there are admin limits set then the main account user may have to do the actual install.
The second PC I have has recently been set up with users so that when I log on as the admin account the spy software does not log all my activity, but when my granddaughter logs on it will log her and what happened last night was my grandson wanted to download a flash type game. I told him to go ahead but to save it rather than select run so I could scan it before we launched it. he did and all was good in the Land of Loki. He downloaded, I scanned - came up clean and I told him to proceed. He launched it and as it went through the install it popped up a window and told him he did not have admin rights. We logged him out & me in and I installed it. I installed it into the C:\Program Files\<insert appropriate program name> and logged me back off and him back on and it was available to him.
