I saw George Adamson for a just a moment in that video. That would explain how they reintroduced it into the wild. Adamson used to run Kora Natural Reserve in Kenya where he rehabilitated many former circus lions and the like. Well, that is until his death in 1989, when he was killed by poachers. There have been several movies made about him, the most famous of which is probably Born Free. You should read up on him. Fascinating tuff.
