I had a new learning this weekend about trip and bleed.

You can be using a hammer to trip and then switch to a mace during battle and use bleed, no cool down. When the mace cd times out you can use it again and switch back to the hammer and hit trip..........

Maces and hammers both have their place and I have been carrying and using both both since I made 20. MHO hammer is best for solo due to faster kill. Mace is better for patry tanking as higher hit rate helps to hold agression.
