Maybe when she said "can I offer you something else" you should've said with straight face "no we only take cash"

If you dont play along the way she want it.. hopefully she wont come back with a free meal again...

People get what they want by expecting you to react a certain way, and they play by that expectation...

if you ruin their expectation... they they wont get wat they want...

Yeah yeah it's probably easier said than done HAHAH I'm sure you'd know wat to do if it happens again next time... this is called learning from experience...
