It does not matter if she was or wasn't that would defeat the whole purpose with All the Rage. As long as the persons name wasn't mentioned its perfectly fine but you are the one who mentioned it was you not her.
To be honest you are doing a fine job of giving your guild a bad name and your guild has already been subject to bad things before relating to King Kong Phino KQ
KQs are cooperation quests. You should expect this when you know you are not giving it your 100% you are just baggage to the other people in the KQ and quite frankly dont deserve to be doing KQ when someone who is more deserving should be doing it.
