Well, I'm sure there can be some sort of rating system. In Grand Chase, each member in the dungeon run get rated on the amount of criticals and the amount of combos. More points = better exp (I usually get 2x the exp compared to the rest of the people because of it). So it shouldn't be too hard... but then again some people, though trying their best, may not get the most hits/heals, etc.
