I define bad Mages and Archers by how effectively they use their skills and how hard they make it for me to heal them.
Whether they hesitate to use a stone/pot themselves when things get dicey, whether they break down and cry over xp loss, whether they know the meaning of kite or not and whether or not they're fun to party. Also other stuff like prime skill usage, timing, aggro manipulation, stuff like that.
That should be good enough.
