Based on what you said, it's actually quite similar to this one. We do have a spam forum, a form of an advertising forum, a rants forum, and marketplace forums. Graphics competitions are present as well. Moderators here are global.
We lack the ranks and titles for respect purposes. That generally promotes ego. Also, moderators shouldn't be chosen based on a first come first serve basis...integrity is more important rather than an earlier join date.
Also, based on the target audience size, you'll find the number of people actually on the forums and interested in coding is actually rather small.
