Spirit and I kept getting hit with lag - heavy lag and I kept getting disconnected last night also. So much so that I gave up completely by 9pm.
No explanation, just adding that it was happening to me also - and, my hard drive has very little on it and my cable connection was showing a very good connection and nothing else I tried was as flaky and annoying.
