I shall show you my personal method of quickly falling asleep!!!

Do Jumping Jack until you drop..... then you will fall asleep in a flash.
But don't do it to the point of sweating (but that will let you take a shower, which helps you sleep anyway!)..... O_O and a glass of warm milk works wonders!!!!!............. If all fails there is the ultimate last option....... run around and bang your head on the wall.
