I don't know how things work with gaming contacts but... I doubt someone "gave" them Fiesta. It's probably that they saw its popularity (even saw that the number of EU population in it) and worked someone out with the developers to license the game over there.
Either way it's really no point in complaining. Though players have some say, in the end it's the companies that decide whether they stay or not.
