Enpowering Concussive Charge is a waste. Save as many points as you can for the Fighter's epic skill, Devastate.
Enpowering Slice and Dice is also bad. Even enpowered, it's pretty weak. Better spent on power of Power Hit.
Yes, I know you're mainly End and as thus are most likely using a shield, but you should have both the shield+1-hand and an axe. It's worth it.
