There is a level 30 quest for your armor (chest piece)
The quest is to defeat the Skeleton Knight, in Luminous Stone 2.
This is kind of a pain of a fight if you don't take a full party of lvl 30+
I took the old guild one day
about 13 of us (about lvl25 or so) we took the bastard down.
But yeh, the lvl 30 armor is definitely questable!
