We assume you're DD Archer since that's what most people choose. A great DD stat build is 25 SPR (SP and extra 5% critical) and rest STR (poweR!. This is what I think is good: Add 20 STR (fast leveling), then after Job Change, start adding SPR. Once you get 15 SPR, you should be level 30. You should recieve stat reset scroll after reaching this level. Reset 10 STR for 10 SPR and you should have 25 SPR and 10 STR.
That's only my suggestion, so yeah...
Aim Shot and Power Shot will be your most used skills, so I recommend increase Power and CD on these. If you're running out of SP, make more... erm... SP potion.
