Outspark says that? Because Alpha has said a few times that they are doing transfers, and transfered characters will be on an "advanced server"... Whatever that means. Edit: Dunno. Haven't seen the site in a day or two.

I believe advanced server in this context means that they will set aside a specific server for the data transfer of characters, and afterwards incorporate them into the main game servers.
