If i am a cleric and someone just came out of no where and said "buff plz" "hp and sp boost!" and spam them everywhere, I'll just instant block them and put them on black list, no more buff or partying with him/her/them.

btw, some rude guy asks for buff you can answer it this way too.
Begger: "buff me up plz" or "buff pls"
You, the lv47+ cleric: "oh, there should be a gym around your town somewhere, you can get buff there." or "sry, you can't get buff by playing games all day or by spamming the same words over and over again, there's something called a gym for getting buffed."
