Clicking the bubbles doens't make a difference. You need like 10 + 1, btw... Or it might just be title lag I have?

I think sometimes you just don't get titles for some reason. Like I completed and turned in (I got to one kill away for every quest) around 25 quests in about 1 hour, and I didn't get Quest Expert. =[
