yes luckly i already got a car ready, it was my sisters but she didn't use it cause she moved to uni and didn't need it, so its mine now

yea its annoying with the whole " boys are more reckless then girls when driving" cause it means we have to pay butt-loads more just to insure the car, plus with events that are currently happening e.g. credit crunch, it doesn't really help to the situation >_>
