Your processes are very much fine, no viruses or anything that significantly hogs system resources - although 55 processes is quite numerous for Windows XP.
I still recommend you try updating your graphics driver as I suggested earlier, and then upgrading your RAM to better accomodate Fiesta (upgrading to 1GB of RAM will help a lot, I speak from personal experience).
However, I still need you to tell me specifics about errors you receive. Make sure to write them down next time you encounter them.
