Here is a useful page.
Divide the total number of kills required to max a license by the number of times that license will upgrade.
Example:
Archon Junior Conqueror 80% 5% 6,477
The license progresses 9 times and requires 6477 total kills.
6477/900 = 7.2 Archon Junior per %
