So like, if i need to find "Piggy Bats" and where it's located, it will bring me to the map with all the monster coordinations? (at the moment is just the normal game map with nothing in it)[...]

Ideally, you search the Index for Piggy Bat, then click on the link, and be brought to a page on Piggy Bat. The locations Piggy Bats are found in are listed there, and you can click on them to be taken to the pages on those Maps, which will have Monster Location Maps.

...However, as one can see, there are so many monsters in the list... Something's going to happen to my index finger if I clicked that much to spawn so many articles.

So instead, you can search for all occurances of Piggy Bat in the page with all those templates. If it's in a template of a (Map Name) Monsters, you can find Piggy Bat in (Map Name). Then if you want to, you can click on the Map Name in the template title to go to the page on the map (...with or without a Monster Locations Map).
