Heal dmg is new~ But at my lvl (65) where we dont get anymore new heal skills (Heal goes up to 10 then stops), it's useful!
(Normal heal 10 heals 1100HP and fighters of the same lvl generally have almost 3k HP so it wasnt enough)
But, you may not need to empower it at earlier levels, since I dont recall hving too much problem until i hit lvl 60... you might be better off empowering other things first...
I suggest you not to decrease revive's cool down... it may seem useful at Mara, or even Robo KQ... but I reckon you can use the points more effectively on a different skill
(eg. increase duration of invincible, decrease SP consumptions of ur heal skills, increase Bash dmg... cooldown / SP consumption of Party heal at lvl 60)
