First they raised the cap on accident and people were deleveled from that then the BR disaster and people were deleveled by that luckily I wasn't affected by either. But if they do announce a rollback for this I will go evil

The cap was accidentally raised? When?
If you mean back in September/October for removal of the 59 cap, that was on purpose.
