Some of the shops are for high lvled ppl to get the blossoms quick
However, mine, i am taking the advantage of this quest by mkaing a quick buck, because it lasts untill the 22nd of June, ill have quite a bit of cash to spend, ive made 1g in a couple hours... soo yeah
