I spent 4 years playing Ragnarok Online and I have stacks and stacks of used prepair cards to prove it :P I'd say Ragnarok Online is the FIRST uber cute game I played. Ever.

Gunbound is cute too though it's not RPG.
Flyff is so-so.
Can't say much for ROSE Online since I haven't tried playing it. I was hooked on RO when ROSE was launched so it didnt really get to me. heh. *sweats*

Finally, Fiesta.

A for other MMOs I've played, they don't really fall under the category of "Cute".
