The participation counter idea is good, but whet if there was something where if... I dunno... seven different people in the KQ voted against a leecher that they wouldn't either be able to be in a party, get items, or perhaps get half EXP or something.  Just a random thought.

So they could essentially get "voted off the island"? Iuno...it would only take 7 friends or guild-members or something to unfairly boot a player. I'd think the check should be system-based to avoid exploit.
