No, I think what horong meant was you ask "what would your brother say to the question 'which way to heaven?'" for both brothers.

So the liar would say: "my brother would tell you to go down the (wrong) path.
The truthful one would say: "my brother would tell you to go down the (wrong) path.

So you just go down the other one xD
