It's not cheating either.
A chargeback is a request that the customer makes to his or her bank, credit card company, etc. in order to obtain a refund for purchasing a product, usually if the product is substandard to the customer's demand, or the customer feels that illegitimate charges have been made to his or her account.
Of course Outspark would be quick to counter this—even if a chargeback made is fraudulent, half of the time they still get charged with processing fees.
