What Falco says is true...Sylvia and her little grind group used skill cast and cooltime exploit. They were even recorded doing this lol...and Outspark didnt ban them for it...lol goes to show you how as long as companies can make a buck..they dont care about it but when it effects the cash flow you will get banned lol.
