Like, wat's the point of banning the scammer, who has traded all the goods/money he has scammed to another player, then start a new account WITH the stuff he scammed...? It's like banning an empty shell which is pretty useless... So in this case, I dont see the problem of banning scammer + gang...

Good point you make there Hessah coz yeah, they scam the item, trade it off, get banned, make a new account and the person who took their trade returns the scammed stuff and/or coins earned from the sell and all they lost was a character and whatever the level that character had - not the end of the world since they have the goods or coins and can just level another character.
