no they will release the items a couple at a time weekly or bi-weekly and we will get raccoons\tuxes\pumpkiins etc first, most of those items were available during a certain time period only and are not in the cash shop anymore or they were event items
they may add the hair fairy but i doubt they will do it when Ob is first open
