I don't think you can have a rule that takes away freedom of speech though

It is not taking away anyone’s "Freedom of Speech". Outspark as a corporation has the right to disallow certain actions and activities in the best interest of their subscribers (or, in this case - players).

And, how can Outspark allow other languages, when they don't have staff that speaks those languages, and at the same time protect those who speak English from racial, slanderous or derogatory comments from non-English players?

It is simply irresponsible on Outspark's part to allow the other languages to be used with out warning or banning (since they can truly moderate their text) and yet at the same time ban accounts for the same thing simply because that person speaks English.

How can the Bright Kingdom sponsors ban English speaking players? It is their right also.

And, let’s not forget - they don't speak English and chances are they aren't citizens of the U.S. and therefore have no right to claim rights from The United States Constitution so "Freedom of Speech" is moot.
