I meant more in a heritage sence. You can say you have Irish blood in you, or Italian, Greek, etc, but you can't exactly say you have American blood in you, because really, nobody knows what you mean by that. I could say I have American blood in me, but I'm Irish, German, and Scottish, then Spirit could say shes got American blood in her, but she may be French, Italian, and Polish (I don't know Spirits heritage). My point being... America is a culture, but it technically isn't, if you get what I mean. We have to satisfy many cultures in one, while most other countries are dominantly one culture.
So... in American, we have many cultures, many people who speak different languages. We believe in freedom and equality, so we have to be able accommodate our entire country. While Korea... probably 99% of that country is Korean and speak Korean, their laws are most likely stricter than ours, so they can do as they please, and that includes not allowing non-Koreans play the game.
