That's just not true. Ports are related to the TCP/IP-Stack and what port is used has no impact at all on the performance. And also turning off the firewall is no good idea, because it lowers the protection of the computer. Just make sure u can connect to 64.127.118.0/24(hardware firewall), and/or let the fiesta.bin and outspark.exe connect to the internet (software firewall).

as a somehow oldy i actually still have a computer with real PCI-Slots. But i didnt put a video card in a PCI-Slot since about 10years. What u mean is the PCI
e-Slots.
