Its ummm "rare" , "unique" and "ancient" and then you get Legendary weapons from quests at level 30. The legendaries you get your first one at 30 and then can upgrade them at higher levels using a certain quest chain.

Oh, ok. I just was looking at the names on the unofficial fansite. The guide there is aweful.

Are the special weapons that hard to get?
