Before or directly on May 15th. This is based on the GMs saying it would open before the 30 Day mark. We did the math and RedRyder came and gave it the official YNK stamp

I had this problem with JpRohan what I had to do was: Go directly into where you installed it D:\Program Files\Rohan Online for me and delete whole folder from there. That fixes the problem. The reason you cant or couldnt patch is because none of the servers are available. I included a little information about the opening date above.
