Geez...
5 stacks each of Red/Blue slates to get to +8 on both shield and sword. D: I cannot imagine what people went through to get +9s on both as well as armor. They're absolutely crazy. It is not worth it I tell ya.
Seriously need to make it easier to at least get +6. /rant
