LMAO I went to a Japanese restaurant once in Australia here and there was a toilet like that!
My cousin (who was 4 back then) went to the toilet with his dad and his dad came back wet. We were like "Did you just go for a swim or something? o.o" and he said that there were these buttons on the side of the toilet and my cousin was really tempted to push it. But my uncle was like "no you can't", and afterwards my cousin insisted on pressing it so my uncle let him (my uncle was probably curious too LOL) then the water came hosing out and got my uncle but missed my cousin cos he was so short, LOL!
It sounded like the water had a lot of pressure so it sounds like pain if you really used it to wash yourself.
