I went to the store, and just bought another prepaid in the amount that I owe them, and input the info...
then they charged a $,01 authorization to my card, then DENIED it because it didn't have sufficient funds!
WTF?!
THEY JUST MADE IT NOT HAVE THE FUNDS

And PayPal isn't accepting my bank account either.
I think I'm going to utilize Senior Skip Day tomorrow, and fix this whole thing.
