Ok.. i've got something really embarrassing to confess.. but at least it's good news...

THIS QUEST IS NOT BUGGED!

The starting NPC of this quest is Julian, he's got the bugged quest way back from lvl 2x thats why i couldnt find him the 1st time... (lilian was right, but i think i misread her post)

so i've added that to Wiki =) should be all good now
