You can use your job change quest at level 20 and level 60 to get these.
I'm not too sure about the level 60 one but the level 20 one, you just keep going through the dungeon and failing. I think it'll be time-consuming and take up a lot of resources.
But if you wanted to do this w/o the job change, your best bet is for the Honeying/MD quests. Honeying is guaranteed fail and MD is probably a fail. Honeying is really easy to fail if you're the only one who joins.
