Outspark did something like this too...

Bright Kingdom has given these costumes out to anyone who has created a new account during this campaign period. They're given to the CS bag.

All 15 day normal costumes except the school outfit which is a 3 day critical one.

EDIT: I wish we had black hair... it looks really cute.
