So many people resort to pills it's scary... makes you wonder if people actually listen to the end of the ad where they list 192882973749263 side effects.
Other weight loss solutions:
*20 minutes of running and 40 minutes of walking burns the same amount of calories.
*Taking a hot bath 30 minutes prior to eating will help you from eating too much at meal time.
*Massaging your calves will help with blood and lymph flow... gets rid of all the bad stuff. Helps to fight cellulite too.
Etc., etc... I also heard Bikram Yoga is especially nice. You get to do crazy yoga poses in a 40 degree room.
