I usually define godly as a useful stat that is 20+. But it seems like all the level 60+ drops drop 30+ stats fairly often so I think 30+ is "godly" for 60+ weapons.
But godly is definitely NOT +17 STR, +6 SPR, +1 DEX like I saw someone trying to sell a couple days ago. -.-
